Visiting in Winter!

Our rooms are arround 14:00 read for check-in.

Because of the new rules during the winter time you can drive to our hotel only if you arrive before 16:00. If your arrival will be after 16:00 hours please let us know and we will arrange the transfer to the hotel from the parking at the base of the mountain.

Once you arrive at the Long Term Parking in Seegattel please call us at 08640 97440 and we will transfer you and your luggage to the hotel. Please do not forget to get a parking ticket!

There are special rules if you would like to drive by yourself to the hoteland you will be able to do that only in the following cases:

- the road has to be snowfree     

- you have to have your car prepared for winter, with winter tyres

- you have to mount chains if the chains sign at the entrance is displayed

In case you arrive using the public transportation we will pick you up from the Reit im WInkl Station.

In case you need to rent skies or other equipment you will have to do that as soon as you arrive in Reit im Winkl. Please note that on the mountain there is no ski rental facility.

Visiting in Summer

Our check-in times are 14:00 - 18:00. For a late check-in please inform us prior to your arrival.

Please note that the Winklmoosalm road is a toll-road. Once you have a written reservation confirmation at our hotel you will be able to use the road for free. In case you arrive after 15:00 hours or the personnel is not at the toll station, we recomend you to have 4 Euros in coins. You will receive the 4 Euros back once you check-in!

In case you arrive using the public transportation we will pick you up from the Reit im WInkl Station.

In case you need a transfer service from/to the airport or train please let us know in time and we will make all the necessary arrangements.

Checking Out

 Our check-out time is 11:00. If you need to check out later please inform our stuff at least one day prior to your departure. If a later check-out is not possible we will store your luggage until you depart.
